Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SEVOYA LLC ("SEVOYA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through sevoyagroup.com (the "Website"). This policy applies only to the SEVOYA corporate Website. It does not apply to the separate Souss & Stone consumer website, which is also operated by SEVOYA LLC and maintains its own customer-facing privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

Contact-form information. When you submit the business contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your full name, company or organization, work email address, inquiry type, message, and any other information you choose to include.

Technical and hosting information. Our hosting, security, and form-service providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Website. This information can include Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, operating system, requested pages, referring page, date and time, and security or error logs.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, banking credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the general contact form.

2. Cookies and Analytics

The Website does not use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, or advertising cookies at launch. SEVOYA uses Netlify Web Analytics to understand aggregate Website traffic. This service processes Website-request information from hosting-server logs and does not place analytics cookies in a visitor's browser.

The Website does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Strictly necessary technical mechanisms can be used by the hosting or security provider to deliver the Website, prevent abuse, or process the contact form.

3. How We Use Information

We use information collected through the Website to:

  • review and respond to supplier, wholesale, certification, banking, partnership, and other business inquiries;
  • communicate about an inquiry or potential business relationship;
  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website;
  • prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
  • maintain appropriate business and legal records; and
  • comply with applicable law and enforce our Website terms.

4. Service Providers

We use service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including Website hosting, form processing, email delivery, security, and aggregate traffic measurement. These providers can process information only as needed to provide their services, comply with law, protect rights and security, or as otherwise permitted by their agreements with us.

5. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information collected through this corporate Website for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We can disclose information to service providers described above; to professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, or auditors when appropriate; when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of SEVOYA LLC, the Website, our brands, or others; or in connection with a business transaction such as a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact-form submissions and related business correspondence for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes. Hosting, security, and analytics records are retained according to the applicable service provider's settings and our operational needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup and legal requirements.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Website. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe information submitted through the Website has been compromised, contact privacy@sevoyagroup.com.

8. Privacy Rights and Requests

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you. You can also ask questions about our privacy practices. To submit a request, email privacy@sevoyagroup.com and describe the request. We can take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

9. Children's Privacy

The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through this Website. If we learn that we collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Separate and External Websites

The Website links to the separate Souss & Stone consumer website, which is also operated by SEVOYA LLC and has separate customer-facing terms and privacy policies. The Website can also link to websites or services operated by other organizations. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We can update this Privacy Policy as our Website, business practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner when required by law.
